Our client, an emerging talent technology vendor in the Americas, aims to develop a unique AI product Retain that measures employee engagement based on collected data.
The company established criteria for determining user engagement & retention and collected test data. As a next step, they approached Emericia to create a custom, predictive AI model. Based on the relevant datasets, the model would automatically measure employee loyalty, retention, and engagement levels.

As part of the engagement, Emericia was responsible for team composition, optimal technology stack, methodology selection, and on-time delivery according to fixed scope and budget. Here are some of the milestones we achieved:
- Operationalized and analyzed the available data sets, detailing and structuring the client’s internal Information Infrastructure.
- Designed a custom predictive model that forecasts employee satisfaction levels based on their daily interactions. Applying complex statistical models, we developed an AI solution that predicts employee loyalty, engagement, and retention.
